JUAN BREA

Juan is a seasoned leader with expertise in financial administration, P&L management, strategic planning, and team building. His career spans diverse industries, from a distinguished service in the U.S. Army to senior leadership roles at American Express, HealthCorps, and Gulliver’s Gate.

Beginning his career at American Express, Juan quickly ascended through the management ranks, leading global teams in HR and operations. His impactful leadership was further demonstrated when he served as COO at HealthCorps, Inc., a foundation initiated by Dr. Oz. During his tenure there, Juan was instrumental in achieving remarkable growth, increasing revenues fourfold while expertly managing operations to expand the program nationwide.

Recently, as the COO/CFO of Gulliver's Gate, a 50,000 sq. ft. attraction in Times Square, Juan showcased his ability to build robust finance, human resources, and operations teams and processes from the ground up. His strategic insights and commitment to excellence allowed the $40MM endeavor to be completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

Karen excels at building strong relationships and fostering a positive work environment. Her strengths in leadership training and program design have empowered her to drive organizational success while remaining committed to the mission.

LISBETH DEREAUX

Lisbeth is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse you didn’t know you needed, whose career spans over 25 years across corporate and creative realms. From managing sourcing and logistics for iconic brands, including Mickey Mouse branded merchandise for Disney, to organizing board presentations that command a CEO’s attention, Lisbeth’s expertise is as vast as it is diverse. 

She launched her career in Macy’s Executive Training Program, where she honed her leadership skills, and went on to lead in fast-paced roles at AMC, Eddie Haggar Limited, and Donnkenny Apparel, not just keeping up but setting the pace in global production and sourcing. Later, at Lifetime Entertainment Services, she was an Ace Award winner and kept executive operations running smoothly, supporting the C-suite with the same precision she now brings to her role as VP of Legal Operations at Griffitts LLP. There, she has driven efficiency through policy overhaul, high-tech solutions, and optimized resources that deliver success without missing a beat. She has launched a data management system, rolled out new 401(k) plans, and established employee performance systems, fostering a culture where improvement is the norm. Lisbeth truly is a master at turning chaos into clarity.

BOB FRANCO

Bob brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role, overseeing global HR functions across all company facilities and sites. With a proven track record in leadership, strategic implementation, and change management, Bob fosters a collaborative culture and emphasis on personal development across the enterprise. He has played instrumental roles at renowned organizations such as American Express, Novartis, and Automatic Data Processing.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Bob has made significant contributions to academia, serving as a faculty member at Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business and holding the prestigious position of President at the New Jersey Association of Colleges and Employers.

His thought leadership has been recognized in several business and academic publications, as well as being featured in interviews on television and business-oriented websites. He’s also the author of "Corporate Storyteller: The Art of Noticing Things," showcasing his insights into effective communication within corporate settings. Bob earned a BA from Rutgers University and an MS from Stevens Institute of Technology.

MOIN HAQUE

Moin Haque is a seasoned technology and data leader with extensive experience in multiple high-profile roles across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Enterprise Data, Analytics, & AI at IFF, Moin drives data and analytics strategies to empower global businesses. Previous positions include Chief Technology Officer at Master Clinicians and Chief Data Officer at Warner Music Group, where Moin focused on empowering data-driven decision-making and overseeing data governance and analytics teams. Moin has also held senior roles at NBCUniversal Media, Univision Communications, and imix.com, developing innovative data solutions and leading cross-functional teams. Moin holds an MBA in Strategy from Baruch College and a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

YAMEEN SARWAR

Yameen is a seasoned finance executive with over 13 years of experience in managing global financial operations for multimillion-dollar enterprises in the healthcare, food & beverage, life science, and professional services sectors. Holding an MBA in Corporate Finance from Pace University and a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College, Yameen excels in strategic financial planning, system modernization, and risk management. His expertise includes leading finance transformations, optimizing performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
