Juan began his career at American Express, where he rose quickly through the management ranks, leading global teams across human resources and operations. He later served as Chief Operating Officer at HealthCorps, a national nonprofit founded by Dr. Mehmet Oz. Under his leadership, the organization quadrupled its revenue and scaled its wellness programs nationwide through optimized financial planning and operational oversight.
As COO/CFO of Gulliver’s Gate, a $40MM immersive attraction in New York City's Times Square, Juan spearheaded the buildout of finance, HR, and operations from the ground up. He successfully led the project to completion ahead of schedule and under budget—demonstrating a proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives with precision and strategic foresight.

Lisbeth is a seasoned business consultant and advisor with over 25 years of experience driving operational excellence across industries including legal, media, fashion, and consumer goods. As the co-founder of J Brea & Co., she partners with small to mid-sized businesses to accelerate growth, streamline operations, and align teams with strategic goals.
Lisbeth began her career at Macy’s Executive Training Program and quickly advanced into leadership roles at AMC, Eddie Haggar Limited, and Donnkenny Apparel, establishing a reputation for operational efficiency in global sourcing and production. At Lifetime Entertainment Services, she earned an Ace Award while managing executive operations and board-level communications with precision and poise.
Currently serving as VP of Legal Operations at Griffitts LLP, Lisbeth has led transformative initiatives that include launching a comprehensive data management system, overhauling firmwide policies, optimizing 401(k) plan administration, and implementing employee performance systems.
